The NPFFC is hosting a new inaugural event. It’s a pickleball tournament and a fundraiser and we are paddling with a purpose. Grab your partner and register your squad to play and pay it forward in the NPFFC mission.
About the Event
Tournament Format & Registration Details
This is a doubles tournament. The tournament fee covers the cost of play. Teams are guaranteed at least 2 games. Food, drinks, and a giveaway bag are provided for both members of the team. There will be cash prizes for the top 3 teams in this tournament, along with a prize for the best team costume. Family, friends, and neighbors are also welcome to join us as spectators.

Registration Notes
- Registration is now open! Secure your spot early as spaces are limited (max of 40 teams)
- NFD employees, retirees and families have access to early-bird registration for this event.
- On March 4 registration will open up to other fire departments, their families, and the general public.
- Registration will close on April 6, 2024.

Tournament Prizes
As we always do, we try to create an experience for the participants, as well as an impact for the beneficiary. With this event, we are offering some a nice purse to the top performing teams.

Good luck AND HAVE FUN!
Skill level
After each team registers, we are sending the event-required waiver and a brief skill-level survey. We will assess the results of that survey to determine if there is any need to apply a skill category consideration to the bracketing.
Best Team Costume
This is a fun and friendly, but also cleanly-competitive event. We are encouraging good sportsmanship and competition on and off the court. We are offering a prize to the team that goes all out with their dress-up get ups. Best costume wins some sweet swag!
Mixed Doubles
Mixed doubles means mix it and match it any way you wish. Young, old, any gender mix, and any skill level are welcome. You want in, we got a spot for you.
