The second annual Bears Watch Party is a featured event within the Winter Campaign. It’s a family-friendly event hosted at a locally-owned venue in support of local families experiencing hardship. Bring the crew and join us as we root for the Bears to beat the Packers.
About the Event
Event Format & Fundraising Details
This event is meant to gather family, friends, and neighbors in support of the Winter Campaign effort. Join us as we root for the Bears to take down the Packers. The event will feature a full buffet and 2 drinks for adult guests.
We will also be hosting raffles, a Bears Squares board and Strip Cards at low, medium and high stakes levels for each quarter, half and the final.

About Our Beneficiary
FAMILIES HELPING FAMILIES
Families Helping Families is a year-round IPSD 204 initiative that provides direct support to students and families facing financial hardship. With nearly 200 students experiencing housing instability and more than 20% of the district relying on free and reduced lunch, the program works to meet essential needs—from food and clothing to emergency assistance—so students can thrive in and out of school. Through community donations and school social worker referrals, Families Helping Families ensures that support is available when it’s needed most, especially during the challenging holiday season.
